Returns Policy

I offer a Fourteen-Day Money Back Guarantee. I strongly believe that you never truly experience a piece of original art until you have lived with it.

Live with your chosen artwork for two weeks and in the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations,and if you are not entirely happy - return the purchase to me (at your Freight Cost) in the same condition it arrived and you will be fully refunded for the price of the artwork or credited on a replacement painting (Less Shipping Fee).

Notes -


1)  You must ensure that the artwork is securely packaged for return shipping.   I will not accept returns for items that have been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging. If this is found to be the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. 

2)  Customer is liable for the cost of the return shipping.


3)  Commissioned artwork may not be returned.

Returns Process

If you would like to return an item, please email me at either  within 14 days of receiving your artwork, stating your reason for wishing to return the item.   I will respond via email or via direct phone call to confirm agreed arrangements for the return of artwork.  Please ensure a copy of return freight details are included in any correspondence. I will refund your purchase after the returned picture has been received and checked for damage. I will do everything I can to process refunds quickly. Please allow up to 10 working days.
